How to use your Tungston Carbide Sharpener:

*  Place the knife on a solid, flat surface such as a bench or table with the knife’s edge facing up with the blade extending past the table edge. Grip the sharpener securely with your thumb resting on the textured jimping of the rubberized grip with the rest of your fingers secured within the guard. 

*  Using the V-shape of the sharpener, start at the base of the knife blade and apply a constant pressure as you draw the sharpener down the edge of the knife blade to the tip. Depending on the dullness of the blade five strokes should be sufficient to give you a sharp cutting edge.

*  The Tungsten Carbide Inserts are reversible and replaceable. Simply remove the holding screw, take out the cover and rotate the tungsten inserts or replace them and slide the cover back and re-tighten.
